Q. Do Chaffey students have free access to Microsoft Office 365?

Microsoft Office 365 is free for Chaffey College students if they:

• Have taken a class at Chaffey within the last 2 years
• Are currently registered for a class in an upcoming term
• Have applied to Chaffey for the current or a future term

To sign up for Office 365:

1. Visit the Microsoft Office 365 website.
2. Select Get Started in the middle of the page and create an account using your Chaffey College email.
3. Once you have created an account, you can use Office 365 on your computer or device.

Once signed in, you can install the full desktop apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and more) on your personal computers and mobile devices, or use the online versions in a browser—at no cost.
